휴먼라이츠워치(www.hrw.org, Human Rights Watch - Defending Human Rights Worldwide)는 미국에 위치한 대표적인 국제인권단체의 하나다. 1978년 헬싱키워치를 시작으로 하고 있으며, 이후 각 지역과 나라에 ‘워치’라는 이름으로 인권감시 기구들이 세워졌고, 이들이 1988년 휴먼라이츠워치로 통합되었다.
